How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is expensive. We don't like it either. That's why we've committed to offering $5 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders. This includes orders shipped to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and all armed forces addresses. Express shipping is also available for orders you need to arrive ASAP.

For non-domestic orders we offer market rate shipping. Essentially, you pay what we pay to ship your order. We do not make a profit on shipping

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Birmingham, Alabama, United States.

How soon will my order ship?

We typically ship orders for in-stock items within 1 business day. However, we allow 2 business days to pack and ship orders to accommodate for periods of high order volume. Orders containing on-demand items typically ship within 5-7 business days.

When will I receive my order?

Estimated arrival dates are available on our checkout page when ordering. These estimates are based on the typical transit time for a given shipping method. We ship orders using the method chosen at checkout but we have no control over the various shipping services and thus cannot guarantee arrival dates.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. If you did not receive this email, please send an email to contact@pixelpixkits.com with your order number and we'll provide the tracking number.

What happens if my package gets lost or stuck in transit?

Most delayed packages start moving again after a few days. However, if there has been no movement of your package after 14 business days, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

My package was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. Can you help?

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue a replacement or a refund as we are not responsible for theft at the destination address. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

My package arrived but is damaged. What do I do?

Please take photos of the packaging (preferably prior to opening) and the contents. Send the photos along with your order information to contact@pixelpixkits.com.

Are there duty & custom fees associated when ordering from outside the United States?

Additional fees might apply once your package arrives at destination country. Failure to pay the required fees to release your package will likely result in its forfeiture, and we will not be able to issue a refund. By purchasing from us, you agree to pay any additional duty, taxes, and/or fees required by and charged by the destination country.
