What is your return policy?

Returns for unwanted items are accepted for unopened and undamaged items when a return is started within 30 days of arrival.

How do I start a return?

Send an email to with the order number and items you wish to return. We will provide you with the return address.

What if the item has been opened?

We only accept returns for unopened items that are in perfect resalable condition. If a returned item is deemed to not be in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. You are responsible for getting the item back to us in resalable condition.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (no exceptions) as soon as your return is inspected and processed Typically within 2 business days of receipt.

How much will be refunded?

For items returned in resalable condition, you will receive a refund for the full item amount minus any applicable restocking fees (see below). Original shipping charges are not refunded. For items on orders that qualified for free shipping, $2.50 per item returned will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Who pays the return shipping fees?

You are responsible for shipping items back to us. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and taking a photo of the package prior to shipping.

Are there restocking fees?

If a return includes 10 or fewer items, there is no restocking fee. If a return includes over 10 items, a 5% restocking fee will be applied to any refund given.

Cancellation & Order Changes

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled until they are marked as shipped or a tracking number has been provided. To request a cancellation, please send an email to as soon as possible.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You must cancel the original order and place a new order.
